How EventoTech pricing works
There's no fixed price table: pricing works in three layers that scale with the size of your operation, explained here with the same logic any commercial proposal from us would use.
One logic, three layers
An organization subscription, on-demand add-ons per event, and a commission that only exists when you sell to your own guests. It's an incentive aligned with yours: the more your event sells, the more EventoTech earns alongside you — never before that.
The 3 pricing mechanisms
Each layer solves a different moment of your operation. None of them is a fixed price table — the real value depends on the size of your organization.
Organization plan
A recurring subscription with access to the whole platform — marketplace, RSVP, check-in, form builder, agenda, campaigns, store, POS, AI assistant, and multi-tenant — plus an invite quota (pax) that grows with the tier you choose.
Per-event add-ons
When a specific event needs more invites than the plan's quota covers, you add a one-off package just for that event, without changing the whole organization's plan.
Commission on sales to the public
Only exists when you use the Store or the POS to sell tickets and products to your guests: the money lands directly in your account via Stripe Connect, and EventoTech takes an automatic commission on that sale — never a separate charge.
Tiers built for where you are
The names below just organize the conversation — every organization gets the whole platform. What changes is the invite quota and the level of support that fits your volume.
For anyone running a few events a year who wants to try the platform before scaling.
- The whole platform available from your first event: marketplace, RSVP, check-in, form builder, agenda, and campaigns.
- An invite quota (pax) sized for an early-stage operation.
- Store and POS available as soon as you want to sell tickets or products.
For agencies, producers, and organizations running several events or brands at once.
- Everything in the previous tier, with a larger invite quota.
- Multi-tenant with its own teams and permissions by area and by event, to keep clients or brands separate without mixing data.
- On-demand per-event add-ons when a specific event needs more than the plan covers.
For large-volume operations that need close support and a dedicated commercial proposal.
- Everything in the previous tiers, with an invite quota sized for large-scale operation.
- Onboarding and commission-rate adjustments handled directly with our sales team.
- The same commission model on guest sales — never a separate per-transaction charge.
Switching tiers today is handled by our team during account creation or onboarding — it's not a self-service button yet, but it's not a lock either: it's a step handled by people, meant to make sure the fit is right.
Questions about how we charge
Before talking to anyone, see if these answers already solve your question.
How much does EventoTech cost?
It depends on the size of your organization: the plan is sized by the invite quota you need, plus one-off per-event add-ons and a commission on what you sell to your own guests. The exact amount is set when you create your organization's account or in a conversation with our sales team — we don't publish a fixed table because the right fit depends on your volume.
How does per-event billing work?
The organization plan already covers day-to-day operation. When a specific event needs more invites than the plan's quota allows, you buy a one-off add-on just for that event, without changing the whole organization's plan.
Do you charge a commission on what I sell to my guests?
Yes, but only when you use the platform's Store or POS to sell tickets or products. The sale's money goes directly to your account via Stripe Connect, and EventoTech takes an automatic commission on that sale — there's no separate charge on top of that.
Can I switch tiers whenever I want?
Today the switch is handled by our team during account creation or onboarding, not by a self-service button. It's a step handled by people, meant to make sure the tier you pick truly fits your volume.
Where do I see the exact amount for my organization?
When you create your organization's account, or in a commercial proposal with our team — both paths lead to the same place: an amount calculated for your size, not a generic table.
Is the commission rate the same for everyone?
The rate is adjusted per account by our sales team, based on your case. Talk to sales to understand the rate that applies to your organization.
